When the student clicks on My Courses from their own dashboard, they will be able to see their own progress.
The student can check each course and unit to see if there are lessons where they can record additional video responses.
In this example, the student is looking in World Studies at the Europe unit.
When a lesson video has been watched, one of two camera icons will appear.
The camera icon without the plus sign indicates that the student recorded a video response when given the opportunity.
The student can click directly on the icon and a window will pop up showing their video response. They can also view the video responses of their Explore Time friends.
The camera icon with the plus indicates that the student skipped the opportunity to record a video response. This is an opportunity for them to add a video.
The student can click directly on the icon and a window will pop up showing the video of the teacher asking the question. The student can click continue and record their response to the question. Once the answer video is uploaded, the icon will no longer have a plus sign inside.
When a student has not watched a lesson section there will not be any camera icons.
In the above example, this student watched all the lesson videos for lesson 1 but did not record any video responses for any of the sections of lesson.
They watched lesson 2 but only completed the video response opportunity in the Research section and the RECORD 2 option of the Record section.
They have not completely watched any of the lesson videos for lesson 3, 4, and 5.
