What Information to Provide When Reporting an Issue

To duplicate an issue that you are experiencing our team will need as much information as possible so that we can pinpoint and replicate the issue.   

 

That means we need to know the learning level, lesson, section, and stop at which the issue is occurring. 

 


Please provide the exact nature of the issue (error message popping up, nothing happens, can't get back to lesson video, etc.) and exactly when it is happening as in what was clicked when the issue appeared and what the student was trying to do when the issue occurred. 


Any screenshots that can be provided would be very helpful.  Include the URL bar in your screenshot.
